Challenging ourselves

Hello everyone,

Today in Skip2BeFit with Dave we practiced our skipping even more. After the first two minutes, we looked at our score and then it became our challenge to beat that score in the second two minutes! We pushed ourselves to the limit and were soooooooo exhausted afterwards, but it was worth it because we ALL managed to beat our score and are feeling super positive for the rest of the day!
