5 ways to wellbeing

Today for World Mental Health Day we talked about healthy minds and how some people can suffer from poorly brains. We talked about keeping our brains healthy and the importance of talking about our feelings.

We had so much fun in Forest Schools exploring the 5 ways to well-being:

  • connect
  • be active
  • notice
  • keep learning
  • give

The children did so many wonderful, lovely activities and were SO kind to each other.
